If you’ve decided that you’d like to delete your Furry Friend account, we’re here to assist you through the process. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make this decision and carry it out smoothly.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. Compose an Email: Open your preferred email client or service and start composing a new email.

2. Address the Email: Please send your request to our dedicated support team at [email protected]. This is our official channel for handling account-related queries, including deletion requests.

3. Subject Line: To expedite your request, please use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. This will help us quickly identify the nature of your email and address it promptly.

4. Provide Account Information: In the body of the email, kindly include any identifiable information that’s linked to your FurryFriend account. This typically includes your username or email address used during registration. Please do not include sensitive information such as passwords.

   Optional - Feedback: While it’s entirely optional, we welcome any feedback you might have about why you’re choosing to delete your account. Your feedback is invaluable to us for improving FurryFriend and better serving our community in the future.

5. Send the Email: Once you’ve composed your email, go ahead and send it. Our support team will review your request and may get in touch if any further information is required to securely process your account deletion.

What Happens Next?

1. Confirmation of Request: You’ll receive an automated email confirming that we’ve received your deletion request.
2. Processing Time: Account deletion is a manual process to ensure the security and privacy of your data. Please allow us up to 7 business days to thoroughly complete your request.
3. Final Confirmation: Once your account has been successfully deleted, you’ll receive a final email confirmation from us. This email will confirm that your account, along with all associated data, has been permanently removed from our system.

1. Data Deletion: Deleting your account will remove all your data from FurryFriend. This action is irreversible, so please ensure you’ve saved any important information or memories from your account before requesting deletion.
